Then, The plaintiff is suing the defendant, her “crackhead” neighbor, because he allegedly crashed into her car while driving drunk and high. The defendant denies he’s a crackhead and says the plaintiff has no proof of her accusation. The defendant claims the plaintiff smokes weed, and he insists she’s overcharging him for the damages.
