First, The plaintiff and the defendant used to be engaged but tragically broke up. The plaintiff claims she added the defendant as an authorized user on her credit card with the agreement he wouldn’t go over $1,000, but he charged $6,000 and failed to make payments. The plaintiff is suing for breach of contract. The defendant admits he spent the money on the credit card, and he’s sorry.

Then, The plaintiff used to be friends with the defendant. The plaintiff claims after the defendant was arrested for possession of methamphetamines, she begged the plaintiff to bail her out, so he did. Unfortunately, the plaintiff says the defendant hasn’t paid him back, so he’s suing. The defendant argues she never asked the plaintiff to bail her out.

Plus, The plaintiff says the defendant is her younger sister, but they never got along. The plaintiff claims she rented a car for her sister, but the defendant damaged the vehicle and failed to pay, so the plaintiff is suing. The defendant denies owing because she says money was taken from her account to cover damages.
