First, The plaintiff dated the defendant, but she found out he cheated on her after hacking into his phone and saw videos of him sleeping with other women. The plaintiff says the defendant took her car and got into an accident, so she’s suing for the value of a car. The defendant denies cheating on the plaintiff and says the plaintiff is the one who cheated. He denies owing her anything.

Then, The plaintiff is a party planner who specializes in divorce parties. She says the defendant hired her to throw a party after getting out of a relationship, but the defendant hasn’t paid, so she’s suing for breach of contract. The defendant says she wasn’t happy with the plaintiff’s party because she didn’t hire enough strippers and bring a dartboard with her ex’s face on it.
