This month, I am so excited to interview my friend and ex-hairdresser Sharon Whittle who moved to the US around 3 years ago and took the opportunity to pivot her career and re-train as a face yoga practitioner/teacher/coach.
Sharon is a dedicated face yoga and wellbeing coach, whose passion lies in helping women naturally achieve their best appearance and well-being from within. She was born and raised in the UK and resided there until three years ago when she, along with her husband and daughter, relocated to the USA. Sharon discovered the power of face yoga several years ago when she noticed changes in her own complexion during the throes of perimenopause and struggled with hormonal fluctuations.
Experiencing first-hand the transformative effects of face yoga, Sharon witnessed immediate improvements in her skin and recognized the importance of sharing this method with other women. For her, face yoga encompasses a comprehensive well-being package that employs holistic techniques centred around inner serenity. Empowering women to exude confidence through their skin brings Sharon immense joy.
