I love everything Denton County and one of my favorite things about growing up here is getting to know the Denton neighborhoods. Let me take you on a quick tour of some of my favorite Denton neighborhoods. First up is Sundown Ranch! As you drive through this community it was built in late 1990s and early 2000s. Back then you could buy a house in the Denton area for about 140k now the price range is likely $300k up. This was one of the first Denton South neighborhoods to roll out the HOA.
