The recipe of the week is Mini Key Lime Pies.............................................................................................................MINI KEY LIME PIESPrep Time: 20 minutesServings: 12Ingredients:12 mini graham cracker crumb pie tins21 oz sweetened condensed milk2 eggs8 oz of key lime juiceSteps:Preheat oven to 350 degrees.With hand mixer, mix eggs and sweetened condensed milk. Add lime juice and mix until combined. Pour into pie tins and bake for 8 minutes. Filling should be wiggly but not brown at all.
