Episode Synopsis "The Case of the B. cepacia Contamination"

U.S. FDA investigator Steve Langille is called into an unusual meeting the Friday before Labor Day weekend. Patients in hospitals around the country, many of them children, appear to have infections due to contaminated product. Steve and his team must get to the bottom of this contamination.
