In this episode, we dive deep into the fascinating world of farming and horticulture, examining how the most resilient plant species have developed strategies to thrive under even the harshest conditions. From the deep roots of desert cacti that draw moisture from the driest soil, to the way bamboo bends with the wind but never breaks—plants have perfected survival strategies over millions of years. These lessons can teach us a lot about building resilient organizations. We'll explore how businesses can learn from nature’s adaptability to create structures that thrive amid adversity, build deep-rooted resilience, and maintain flexibility when faced with external pressures.
