Episode Synopsis "Day 11 - Proclaim"
We all want to proclaim bigger and better things for our lives in the new year don't we? There are challenges that we face though, that make proclaiming good into a challenge sometime. The good news is; we aren't alone in feeling that way. Did you know that when Jesus proclaimed that he is Messiah...the people that knew him during his entire life had trouble believing that? Jesus said in Luke chapter 4: "God’s Spirit is on me; he’s chosen me to preach the Message of good news to the poor, Sent me to announce pardon to prisoners and recovery of sight to the blind, To set the burdened and battered free, to announce, “This is God’s year to act!” In this episode, we'll dig into this passage and the things WE need to know about Jesus' character. --- Send in a voice message: https://podcasters.spotify.com/pod/show/forthisreason/message Support this podcast: https://podcasters.spotify.com/pod/show/forthisreason/support
