In our first ever Foehn podcast, hosted by Helen Lancaster (Head of Marketing at Foehn), we are delighted to be joined by Brian Kearney (Digital Systems Manager at Brighton Football Club).Brian joins us to talk through the club’s rapid transition to remote working during a busy time of the season. March is traditionally a peak period for BFC’s contact centre who are dealing with season ticket sales and seat moves for the 20-21 season.In addition to keeping a ‘business as usual’ approach whilst moving the contact centre and back office team to work remotely, Brian also talks about the unexpected community benefits the COVID-19 pandemic has brought to the club. Brighton have been able to proactively reach out to their vulnerable season ticket holders during isolation and provide essential support and groceries!
