My motto as a personal trainer is to 'focus on you'.

I want to be a voice for people who may not necessarily believe they are heard, and trust me my voice is loud (and annoying) enough to be heard.

Although mental health has been spoken about more recently, it's still not spoken about enough. Within this podcast you will learn about physical and mental exercises that you can do to lead a healthier and happier life and I hope to have a few laughs along the way!
