In this episode I talk about the journey that led me to holistic nutrition + wellness. From starting with a very conventional western approach to fitness - working out to help me confident physically, wanting these aesthetic goals, but yet still feeling broken inside and then leading me to the journey of talk therapy , energy healing and holistic nutrition which helped me to unpack a life long approach to my health and heal my body and mind. Although one part of the holistic journey took a turn for the worst and led me to rock bottom... it gave me an insight into how to heal depression, anxiety and nervous system regulation naturally which has now allowed me to help other women who have gone through the same and want to rebuild their health naturally. I then sum up my KEY lessons I've taken over the last 10 years of my health + fitness to could act as powerful reminders to help you.
