Simple Ways to Maintain Mental Health during Lockdown Just look at government and health care websites, listen to reliable media regularly, read or watch, eat healthy food, get enough sleep and drink plenty of water. It is a disaster to watch a good movie without reading or watching regular yoga exercises and continuing to take deep breaths daily. I'm fine with thinking that after a while I'm fine. Convincing children not to die and boosting their self-confidence, engaging them in activities, helping themselves, avoiding crowds, using masks and washing hands frequently with soap and water - fun books.
