This is a recording from practicing customer service! As it goes there are some hilarious moments where lines are forgotten, and a child is mistaken for a dog, but we practice because I can't count how many times I've done the same thing with live calls, lol! I think everybody had fun this episode, except for the kitty in the background, lol!
