Episode Synopsis "Is mortgage a yes or no for you?"

For some people, it is the only option for owning a home. If that is you, a few questions have been highlighted in the previous episode for you to find answers to before taking a mortgage. In this episode, I discussed three reasons why people consider taking a mortgage. These reasons are valid and acknowledged emotions. I then went on to discuss a case study and rental rate returns.
