In this episode David and I have a conversation that explores cultivating creativity, imagination and pursuing passion. Our guest is a family friend who started a content creation platform in the form of a magazine that highlights local artists in the Santa Cruz, California area. His business "Respect the Funk" travels to music festivals to capture events via photography/interviews/human connection and then creates a memoir of the time in the form of a magazine. We discuss his inspiration for the idea, how to build space to develop creative thinking and how to pursue your passions without losing the stoke.
