EPISODE 17: It’s easy to get stuck in heavy emotions and negative thought patterns, though by asking a few simple questions we can easily transform challenges into opportunities.

Anxiety and Overwhelm

The Power of Opening Questions
[2:00] - Easy to get caught up in stories of the mind and the emotions that are related.
[2:43] - Opening questions. A question that opens the perspective and connects us to curiosity. How is life inviting you to grow / up level / expand right now?

Breakups
[4:20] - Gifts that can be found within a breakup… connect to self-worth, independence, values, priorities, gifts within emotions etc.

Health Issues
[5:16] – Gifts that can be found during a health challenge… revaluate priorities, life style, values, gratitude for physical body, connect with body at a deeper level, responsibility.

Death of a Loved One
[5:54] - Gifts that can be found… gratitude, memories, connecting to emotions and insights they offer.

Not About Positive Thinking
[7:12] – It’s not about by-passing and only focusing on the positive. Feel the emotions, express that constructively, creatively and get curious about the invitation that LIFE is presenting. What experiences do you want to expand into? How much do you want to get to know yourself and the deeper depths of life?
