[2:28] - One of the keys to hear the messages of our physical and emotional bodies is to slow down. “I see you; I hear you; I feel you, I’m here”.
Opening up to Receive
[4:06] - Am I open to receiving support from others? If not, what’s preventing me?
Creating Balance
[5:55] - How much do we hear and hold others? Creating a balance and allowing others to have their experience whilst providing loving presence.
[7:04] - Recap questions to ponder. How much are you hearing and holding yourself, hearing and holding others and allowing yourself to be heard and held by others?
Self-Love vs Self-Care
[7:36] - The difference between self-love and self-care according to Peta Kelly.
[8:59] - Quick exercise to practice this week… hold yourself with tenderness, hand over heart and whisper “I’m here”. Notice what changes and let me know – I’d love to hear!
