David Cook is a lecturer in Photography at Massey University in Wellington. Between 1984 and 2004 he made repeat visits to a mining community which was turned into the amazing social document, Lake of Coal - The Disappearance of a Mining Township. The dedication to the project and selfless ability to produce collaborative work enabled him to create an essential piece of social history. Hosted on Acast.
