In this episode Justin will establish the protocol for taking control of criticism. When to accept it or reject it. Learn how to filter and align criticism once you've chose to accept it into your plan of action. And learn how to align criticism back to your Purpose. As someone that wants to stay emotionally well, but also adapt and grow, you're going to have to figure out how to control criticism in your professional life. Justin has over 20 years in coaching and over 15 in education. Having served as the Dean of Discipline and Safety over a K-12 charter school while serving as the head football coach- Justin knows a thing or two about criticism.
