Even being a ruler, he humbled himself in the sight of God by falling at the feet of Jesus. You would think a ruler would stand tall and erect before God and say, "Please, I have a request to make for you." No, he so desired a miracle in his own house that he fell at the feet of Jesus. "Please come. She is my daughter, my only daughter. She's dying, and she's only 12 years old. She's everything to me. Would you please come?" My friends, it's time to humble ourselves before God. Cry out to Him and bring Him your deepest needs. It's time to pray.
