Episode Synopsis "Msgr. Magee's Homily for the 2nd Sunday of Ordinary Time - January 14, 2024"
In today's first reading, Monsignor Magee retells of how God describes how God was preparing Samuel to be a prophet and guide Israel, and calls his name three times, but each time Samuel doesn't recognize it as the voice of God, until the old priest Eli taught Samuel how to recognize the voice of God, and follow His instructions. This example is put before us today, and asks the question "Might God be speaking to me?" He gives us ways to hear our God as he speaks to us, and has a special message for the the young people who are discerning their own lives and future. Please listen and share this inspiring message.
