Alignment. Such a simple word and concept, yet often hard to achieve in business. But as proven in every great architecture, we can build structures and achieve lasting effects by being aligned in the production of these structures. In this podcast series I aim to highlight the areas to work on in order to achieve business alignment. Strong leadership alone is not enough.
