If you’ve worked with me or checked out my website you’ll know that I’m a great advocate of a daily meditation practice. I started meditating nearly forty years ago when I was 16 years old and I’ve made time for it every day since then. It all started out of sheer desperation quite frankly. I suffered from chronic anxiety and panic disorder, life felt pretty bleak and, unlike now, there was nowhere to go, no-one to seek professional support and advice from, no internet to google my symptoms and find solutions, no understanding of what was happening to me. It was all pretty horrible. That is until I discovered the practice of meditation.In this podcast I outline the key benefits of a regular meditation practice. And, as you'll hear, they are pretty awesome. I know this from personal experience. It is truly amazing how something so simple can have such a profound and powerful balancing effect on a person’s mind, body and soul.
