Welcome to my seventeenth episode of my podcast where we talk about all things Weightloss. I got the gastric sleeve gastrectomy (weightloss surgery) on August 1, 2019 and I'm 142 pounds down! In this episode I had the opportunity to talk to Bree! She has been someone that I talk to so much on my journey! She got VSG about a month after me so we are really on the same page when it comes to our journey. We talk how our families have been so supportive on our journey and how we stay focused now being past our one year post op! We discuss how we both see skin removal in our future and how we still havn't tried anything with carbonation!
