Hello Everyone ! 
Welcome to my fourteenth episode of my podcast where we talk about all things Weightloss. I got the gastric sleeve gastrectomy (weightloss surgery) on August 1, 2019 and I'm 142 pounds down!
 In this episode I had the chance to have Sierra on my podcast where she shares her journey so far as she is almost hitting two months post op. She shares how she has an amazing support system. Her mom and best friend both got the vertical sleeve surgery before her and have been helping her along the way. She does talk about how she is dealing with negative comments and how she doesn't let it get to her. She expressed how she is feeling great so far and is excited for her journey!
