We're so delighted at our Annual Conference in 2021 to have the privilege of Graham Philpott lead us together in our morning Bible studies.Graham is the Director of the Church Land Programme (CLP) in South Africa, a partner organisation the Methodist Church in Ireland has supported for many years through World Development and Relief to tackle injustice and poverty in that country.CLP works with people living on the margins, helping them to regain their voice in making their case to the local authorities to establish their rights, supporting them to identify the priorities and possible solutions and building effective community.The Methodist Church in Ireland is a community of people who believe in living wholeheartedly as followers of Jesus, for the transformation of the world and partnering with CLP helps us to have such an impact on the lives and circumstances of the people they work alongside.
