Listen "29. Play to Win: Silencing Our Fear of Failure"
Episode Synopsis
Today's episode takes us all the way back to the 1968 Olympics in Mexico City watching Bob Beamon compete in the long jump qualifiers and final rounds. He scratches his first two jumps and, with only one more opportunity to jump, has to replace the pressure and fear with faith and confidence. If we can push past the voices in our heads pressuring us towards fear of failure, we can experience more creativity, innovation, and motivation than ever before. When we play to win and develop an abundant, positive mindset, our leadership journey instantly becomes more rewarding and also more impactful.
