Dr Kulvarn Atwal is currently the Executive Headteacher of two large primary schools in London having spent his entire career teaching in East London schools. Dr Atwal specialises in teacher professional learning and his doctoral thesis highlighted the factors which impact upon teacher professional learning activities. He has applied his learning to enhance the learning experience for young people in his schools and he has written about them in his book ‘The Thinking School: Developing a dynamic learning community’ Hosted on Acast.
