Episode Synopsis "5. How Can We Embrace Discomfort?"

Whatever is making us feel intimidated or fearful, we can take that on.  After witnessing my friend, Andrew, do a 31 minute cold water plunge with two others today, I am inspired and in awe.  There are so many things we can take away from how they embraced discomfort and faced such a challenge head on.  I encourage everyone to think about where the height of fear really is and accept what makes you fearful or intimidated into your life.  Enjoy!
