Episode Synopsis "Diverging Into Local and Western Fusion"
After reopening in July 2020, Zarif takes the restaurant into a unique path by introducing local foods to its menu. This addition stems from Zarif's observation that many locals who dine in at his restaurant, demanded for rice instead of fries or mashed potatoes. As any restaurant, their main source of income derives from their customers. Hence, by putting local foods on the menu, Zarif can assure himself that he won't lose many of his customers, in turn losing the bulk of the restaurant's income.
