A basic yet incredibly direct way to de-clutter the mind. 5 minutes. 3 very long breaths. Can be listened to as Guided Meditation at first, but due to its simplicity and nature it is better done sans outside interference. If you’re looking for an answer or a sign to the next small step which will take you to a higher place in our existence, or simply need a way to get misc. thoughts out of your way, I suggest this.
