Jesus discusses how S&C is integrated at West Ham and what happens day to day in preparation for training. Jesus shares insights in to his pillars of developing female athletes, what areas he focuses on in the gym and on the pitch and how he gets buy in from players to his methods.

He shares how he structures his training so it flows together with the technical aims of the day and how he uses the 12 minutes he has prior to training to make an impact on movement and robustness along with with some insights in to how he goes about mitigating the risk of ACL injuries.
