Writing a PhD thesis is incredibly tough, but there are ways that you can make it slightly less stressful. A good thesis plan will allow you to visualise your entire thesis story on a few pages of A4 rather than keeping everything in your head. My name is Mike Kenny and I started Almost Phinished to share my experiences and tackle issues around mental health and academia.
