How to overcome panic attacks. The best way is to: 1. Identify the thought or emotion. 2. Notice where does it stem from? 3. Is there any truth to the thought or emotion? 4. If the thought is based on truth then what can I do to solve the problem without focusing or worrying about it. Then shift your thought by anchoring new thoughts. Start loving yourself more by doing things that make you better and bring joy in your life to calm the tension or pain you might feel. It all starts with self healing, being kind to yourself, living authentically and loving yourself everyday. Start to show up for yourself. Let the light shine bright inside by being the best version of yourself.
