Welcome to Day 7, my friend 🙏 Today we are 🕉
Today’s 7-minute meditation starts with a slower breathing. The 6-count breathing in combination with pause for 3 counts allows us to breathe deeper and gives us the opportunity to play with the 3-step breathing.
We continue with the self-reflective question “What am I?“. For a Sanskrit mantra today we use the word “Shivohum”. It translates in English as "I am all that is and that which is not". Choose what serves You serves you best today. We close our meditation with the intention: “I am present with the Awareness that I am.”
