Kelly Saward is a Published Author, Radio Presenter and Wellbeing Mentor & Speaker. Kelly is passionate about welcoming you just as you are and connecting with the true voice that sits inside you. As a wellbeing mentor Kelly works with people to uncover the person already inside, the one beneath the layers and creates a space to do just this. As a writer Kelly shares her own experience in her debut book 'Desperate to be Loved, little notes of self-discovery' this a personal journey from anxiety and fear to love and self-acceptance, an insight to how Kelly works. As a radio presenter Kelly loves welcoming guests to share their voice, their story, their own discoveries.
