Nigigoonsikwe indigoo. Farris Park indaa.  Gaa-zagaskwaajimekaag miinawaa Gaa-miskwaagamiwiizaaga’iganing indoonjibaa.Nigigoonsikwe has been learning about traditional Anishinaabe medicines with her mother for several years.   She appreciates deeply the power of nature to heal and wanted to share in her Ojibwe language some of the medicines used commonly in and around her home of Leech Lake Reservation.  Nigigoonsikwe is a language learner and student of the Niigaane Program of the Bug O Nay Ge Shig School.
