Long deep breathing is one of the most important foundational tools within the technology of Kundalini Yoga. This seemingly simple exercise promotes benefits across the physical, mental, and spiritual planes.

Pavan is the consciousness that travels on the breath. Pavan Guru...reveals the higher consciousness. This is God in action. This mantra is said to forge a link between your finite magnetic field & the universal, creative magnetic field of energy that we call consciousness.
