"A regular sadhana (daily spiritual practice) is a habit that creates harmony. When you commit to meeting your higher self each day (this is what our tune-in & practice allow us to do), your decisions and your life become original, your life bears the signature of your soul, and your radiance expresses the meaningful intimacy of the Infinite in each moment. There is a powerful and validating sense of victory that sadhana brings where life’s challenges become opportunities rather than struggles."

Physical:
Relaxes & calms the body
Helps reduce & prevent the build up toxins in the lungs
Regulates the body's pH balances
Mental:
Supports your ability to manage stress & negative emotions
Releases endorphins which help combat depression

Combats anxiety, insecurities & fears
Creates a stronger sense of clarity, cool-headedness, and patience
