90.3 WRST-FM, the radio station on the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh campus, will talk with African American faculty, staff, students and alumni Thursday at 5 p.m. in celebration of Black History Month. Black History Month Spotlight, hosted and produced by WRST-FM General Manager Wendell Ray in cooperation with the UWO African American Studies Program, is a 30-minute program designed to get to know UWO students, staff, and faculty and alumni.
