Do you regularly take a pause and just check-in with yourself, to breathe and notice how you’re feeling? You’re not alone.

As we see rising cases of burnout and stress related illnesses, we can see the impact that living busy, non-stop lives is having on us. It’s easy to be caught up in everything that you have to do and only just keep yourself from sinking below the surface.

Today we’re joined by hypnotherapy and breath work expert Helen Kelynack to explore the power of taking a pause. Helen is a breathwork advocate and coach who knows firsthand the power of using your breath as a tool to build strong health and wellbeing. Working in the NHS for sixteen years Helen treat hundreds of patients struggling with varying health problems and illnesses and realised that so much of what was difficult to diagnose was in fact stress related.

About Helen:
With over 16 years of experience working in the NHS in a variety of roles from working within a Health Visiting team to Practice Nurse, Helen has always championed and encouraged wellbeing for women. Having experienced mental health struggles herself, Helen used hypnotherapy and breathwork to regain her confidence and rediscover her true self and now shares this with women everywhere.

Helen founded Senara’s Sister to empower creative successful women who are lost or stuck in business or life. Specialising in working with stress and anxiety, using Solution Focused Hypnotherapy, coaching skills and breathwork, Helen is able to help women foster strength and self-compassion, approaching the next chapter of their lives with courage and embarking on new beginnings. 

Helen lives in the beautiful countryside in the depths of Cornwall and spends her time with her family by the sea, soaking up the simplicity of life.
