Listen "763. Ephesians - Chapter 3 (#2) - Paul never Forgot where he had come from - March 5, 2025"
Episode Synopsis
Welcome to Wisdom Today with Bill Kelley. Today we will be going over Proverb 5. And in the greatness of his folly he shall go astray. Friend, this verse is talking about non-Christians (people who have made the decision not to receive Jesus and the free gift of salvation He offers to each and every one of us). On today's podcast I will begin by reviewing the three points I had brought up on Monday's podcast (Episode 761 - I invite you to tune in if you didn't get a chance to listen to it). I will then go over verses 7-9 of the 3rd Chapter of the Book of Ephesians. By the end of today's lesson there are three things I ask that you consider:1. I became a minister according to the gift of the grace of God given to me.2. Paul was truly humble because he previously had persecuted Christ's church.3. Paul pictures himself as a priest offering a sacrifice to God.Scriptures referenced on today's podcast:Proverb 5:23; Ephesians 3:7-9; 1 Timothy 1:15; Romans 15:16; Romands 1:5-6; Romans 15:18; 1 Corinthians 15:9; Colossians 1:27; Colossians 2:2-3; Hebrews 1:2Call to Action - Do you live your life with the thought of pleasing God in everything that you do? If not, I encourage you to pray to God to help you in that endeavor.
