The "B Room" is a foundational concept in Back to You in 5. The B Room is the time or place where you hear your thoughts the clearest. If you don't spend time with your thoughts, it will be hard to determine what’s missing or what wellness points need boosted. Back to You in 5 is built around 5 wellness points, which in the program are referred to as boost types. (Social Wellness, Physical Wellness, Spiritual Wellness Intellectual Wellness and Emotional Wellness) If you don’t spend time with your thoughts or understand where you are with them, it will make it difficult for you to be honest in the Boost Type Determination Form. There are no right or wrong answers in the form. But, it does require honesty and some understanding about how you are feeling. Self care is for every mother, whether you rate a Boost type a 10 or a 1, but the types of activities you plan and the impact self care will have on your life is dependent on the honesty of your self assessment. So I hope you all make the time to spend in your B Room everyday, I recommend beginning with 5 minutes each day then building from there. Resources...
