It leads to growth, development and maturity, if one knows what the Bible says about it. We look at passages that teach us that God is aware when saints suffer, and He helps us get through it. We note that when we look at suffering in light of eternity, our suffering is for a relatively short period of time. We discuss the fact that no trial or tribulation that we are called to endure, will exceed our ability to endure it.
