Stefan George is CTO & Co-Founder of Gnosis that builds decentralized infrastructure and tools for the Ethereum ecosystem. Notable products built are Gnosis Safe and CoW Swap. Gnosis Chain was constituted out of the merger with xDAI chain in 2021, and currently it is the most decentralized chain after Ethereum and Bitcoin.
Stefan became interested in Bitcoin in 2013, and after he entered at ConsenSys, a blockchain and web3 software company, as a decentralization engineer, he started working on Gnosis in 2015. After fundraising at ICO in 2017, Gnosis spun out of ConsenSys to become an independent company.
