Listen to me comment on art and art in relation to mental health not just as a pastor who helps people with mental health, but I will be reaching out to individuals clinically diagnosed with a mental diagnoses like depression, bipolar or schizophrenia, even autism + aspergers syndrome and talk about art therapy, self esteem and why it is important to express yourself in psychology terms and many POVs on points of debate and discuss the positives and negatives on POVs on how to express yourself productively and properly while communicating thru art or others directly during open forum + debate.
