Georgia Tann from most accounts grew up in a miserable household. Her father a powerful judge who also used the system to traffic children when Georgia was growing up. Judge Tann used his daughter/son? To start trafficking at the age of 15, after college she/he started with the help of everyone in politics including her father ties.
