Christ-Lynn Smith is a South Floridian but has been making her mark in the North Central Floridian Area and Beyond when it comes to black marriage therapy, marriage therapy in general, the real side of parenting, and more. As someone who got married young and comes from a background where vulnerability was not as present, it took her years to begin to understand the importance of this tool in her marriage and non-romantic relationships.
We spend time this week talking about shame, guilt, braving the wilderness of our lives, and the need to remember to acknowledge the indicator light(s) in our lives.
