And we have with us Karen Douglas, who manages Early Head Start.Early Head Start contributes to assuring that every child is given the opportunity to reach their full potential. Grace Hill Settlement House is a nonprofit located in St. Louis that works on grassroots levels to develop and enhance the lives of their neighbors.
